Join Us in Welcoming Our Newest Board Members

The Grand Rapids Student Advancement Foundation (GRSAF) is thrilled to announce the recent appointment of four new members to our board of directors. The new appointments are Dr. Raki Pai of Metro Health – University of Michigan Health, Gretchen Mousel of the Land Conservancy of West Michigan, Misty Stanton of Mercantile Bank and Amy Turner Thole an Independent Consultant.

Exclusively existing to ensure every GRPS student is provided a barrier-free education, the Foundation fosters learning experiences that push the boundaries of routine and equips students with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in school and in life by raising funds for Grand Rapids Public Schools. The GRSAF board members are responsible for guiding the foundation in these efforts to ensure every GRPS student receives an exceptional educational experience.

“We are fortunate to have a very strong board in place and look forward to each of these individuals’ contribution,” said Charles Ash, GRSAF Chair. “Their insightful perspectives, wealth of knowledge and expertise will lend to the expansion of community-wide support of our mission.”
